  This enhancement introduces the ability to enter a staff contact against a survey. This could be used to include the staff contact in any automated process automation emails for that survey.

  Below are the steps to enable this functionality in an existing project.

  
  Steps to Enable - 
  

   

  1. Add the StaffContact (Type Text with length of 10) field to the SBuddy_Definition table. 
  

   

  
  2. Add 'StaffContact' to the list of display fields within IQA "$/Pseudocode/survey-buddy/Survey Definition".

   

  3. Create an IQA that returns the list of staff contacts. The IQA must return the iMIS ID with an alias of "ID" and the staff contacts name with an alias of "ContactName". In the security tab of the IQA, also make sure 'Available via the REST API' is ticked.

   

  4. In the Survey Builder iPart config (this is on the page where you access the list of all the surveys), set the Staff Contact IQA, to point to the IQA you created.
