Changes:

• Banners > Added option to change title colour

Fixes:

• General > When reordering items (e.g. in accordions, cards, etc.) in the staff side, content is now correctly carried with the item
• Counters > Now correctly reads dynamic data from the IQA (the previous behaviour was to store the data as it was when the widget was setup)
