Time zone
Shows the time zone every schedule and report uses. For example, a feed that runs "daily at 03:00" runs at 03:00 in this zone. Ask us to change it.
Member-only content
Whether content restricted in iMIS is included in search, and who can see it.
- On: members see the content their iMIS security groups allow. Everyone else sees public content only.
- Temporarily disabled: everyone sees public content only. Member content stays in search and returns the moment you switch back on. Use this if you need to pause member content quickly.
- Off: member content is removed from search. It asks you to confirm. Switching back on needs a full re-import, so talk to us first.
Cost per enquiry (optional)
What it costs your team, in staff time, to answer one enquiry from a member. When you enter it, Overview estimates the staff time the assistant saved. We never supply this figure.
- Work it out: the hourly cost of the person who answers enquiries, times the share of an hour a typical reply takes.
- Enter it in Cost of one enquiry, choose the Currency, and click Save figure.
Remove figure takes the estimate off Overview.
