Content Buddy > Troubleshooting
Content not appearing
- Ensure the content has been tagged
- Edit the page in RiSE
- Go to Current Tags
- Select a tag by clicking Modify
- Content Buddy pulls content by their tags and these steps ensure that content is visible to Content Buddy
- For folder-specific IQAs, ensure the content is listed
- Some IQAs pull content from a specific folder (Example: Contents – List of Contents (Search) ). If you have made a copy of an IQA like this, ensure that it is pointing to the folder which you would like to pull your content from. This is done by following these steps:
- Find and edit the specific IQA under RiSE > Intelligent Query Architect
- Click on the Filters tab
- Ensure that the ‘DocumentPath’ row is given a value (Example: Sunflower/contents/)
- Check to see If the page is listed in the ‘CB_Documentdata’ IQA (Found at: ‘$/PseudoCode/content-buddy/CB_Documentdata’). This IQA stores any content updated within the last 24 hours.
- Edit the CB_Documentdata IQA
- Click on the Run tab
- Click Find
- Your latest content should appear at the top of the results. If it doesn’t then:
- In RiSE, under Pseudo Code > Content Refresh, click the ‘Content Refresh’ button
- The page should now be listed in step 2 and 3
