Reports
Each report opens with a sentence or two in plain English, then the detail.
| Report | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| What people searched | The number of searches, the most common, how many found nothing, and when searching peaks. Useful well beyond search: it tells you what to write next. |
| What the AI answered, and couldn't | How many questions the assistant answered, and the ones it could not. A question that appears more than once in the "could not" list is a content gap worth a short paragraph. Each has a Why? button. |
| Content performance | Your best-performing page, and how many pages have never been opened from search. A page nobody opens is either hard to find or no longer needed. |
| Crawl health | What the last crawl checked, indexed and skipped, and any pages it could not read. |
| Broken links on your website | See Fix broken links. |
| Hidden from search engines | Pages on your website that ask search engines such as Google not to index them. That is a setting on your own site, not a fault. They are still fully searchable in your site search. |
Hidden from search engines, in detail
- iMIS setting: the page has "Allow search engines to index this page" turned off in iMIS.
- Page tag: iMIS allows indexing, but the page itself carries a "noindex" tag, usually added by hand.
- Setting and tag: both.
Change it in iMIS only if you want Google to find these pages.
