Some screens are yours. Some were set up with you and rarely need touching.
Yours to change, any time
Pins, promotions, synonyms, answers, hiding a page, your cost per enquiry, and the everyday settings on Search Experience: the AI answer default, the minimum words, the disclaimer, the default sort, suggestions, voice and the suggested questions.
Please ask us first
The filters and their categories, the layout of results, how results are ranked, exclusions, iMIS Feeds, Searches and Metadata Rules, and turning member-only content off. These were configured with you, and a change can affect every search.
Always tell us about
- A page that should be findable and is not, once you have checked the Documents screen.
- A search returning something odd.
- Anything in Overview you cannot place.
- A change in your iMIS password or security set-up.
